At The Cup we want to partner with you. 

Our Facility.  

Thank you for considering us for your next function. The Cup is a shared-use facility with Squamish United Church.  This facility is perfect for concerts, film showings, workshops, meetings,  retreats, weddings, and much more.  

The intent of this page is to provide you with an overview of our rental fees and guidelines, to assist you in making a decision with booking a venue.  Please note that all prices are subject to change, so use this information as a guideline only.  We hope to assist you in any way we can to help make your event a success.

Main facility  

Room size without stage 1,000 sq ft  

Stage – 104 sq ft

Maximum capacity – 177 people            

Stage max – 47 persons            

Seating – 120 persons  

(During Covid we are limiting the facility to 30 people). 

Additions available 

Kitchen facilities – Kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, coffee makers,  small fridge.  

Available to use  

• 25 - 3’x5’ Folding Tables  

• 9 Card tables  

• 120 chairs  

Full audio-video system with 3 ceiling mounted screens  

Parking – Street  

Please consider these rates and have a conversation with the Director or the Cup regarding your organization and what you can afford for space usage. 

Profit and Private Organizations 

Hourly - $40 / hr  

Half Day Rate (4hrs) $140  

Daily Rate (10hrs) $350  

Nonprofit and Charitable Organizations 

Hourly - $30 / hr  

Half Day Rate (4hrs) $100  

Daily Rate (10hrs) $250 

Sound / Projection 

Rate - $40/hr  

If sound or projection is required a qualified representative of The Cup or Squamish United Church will need to set up and monitor our system at the  above rate.
