Welcome to The CUP Squamish Counselling, Coaching, and Spiritual Direction services
We are currently following COVID-19 protocols for health care clinics as outlined by the public health officials. Your appointment notices will have important information about screening procedures, arrival and entry to the clinic, We will be spacing out appointment times to enable for proper cleaning of rooms and to ensure physical distancing can be maintained. We are also willing to provide sessions on zoom.
Please note, all clients must bring a mask to their appointment and put it on before entering the building. Anyone without a mask will have one provided for you. For those who prefer to continue with zoom meetings we are continuing to offer these as well.

Counselling is the means by which one person helps another through purposeful conversation. Karen brings the skills of a good listener and one who is able to assist others in finding purpose and setting goals. Through counselling we will explore personal struggles and seek to identify solutions. The counsellor and client will build tools to assist in better expression and management of emotions, including anger. relief from depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions. increased confidence and decision-making skills. With a goal to create an ability to manage stress effectively.
