Join with a group of people as together we engage in practices that bring moments of peace and calm even in the midst of our chaotic world.Stop the racing mind, and bring calm to stressful moments. Meditation, movement, music, art. The group can guide us in what we want to explore to assist in creating calm. There are so many practices to explore both quiet and still or through conversation and movement.Â
